FIRST THINGS FIRST

Black Bones Industries offer 30 days to return your goods from the date you receive them! For international shippments that are delivered after 30 days, our policy is extended for 10 days after your purchase has arrived.

YOU SHOULD KNOW

Before returning your items back to us, please make sure they are in the same condition as you received them. All items must be:

• In the original packaging with the label/tag attached
• Unworn, unwashed and unmarked
• Perfume, make-up and smoke free
• Free from pet/animal hair

ALL ITEMS ARE INSPECTED UPON RETURN 

* Several types of goods are exempt from being returned: *

• Gift Cards
• Some health and personal care items

Items that are returned and are no longer in their original condition are not eligible for a refund. You can try the item on of course.

All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless you did receive a wrong or defective item. Black Bones Industries do not offer free returns.

Please note, we are unable to take responsibility if your parcel is lost, damaged or delayed in transit. We recommend sending all returns back to us with tracked shipping and to obtain proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return. (Don't forget to keep hold of your proof of postage receipt!)

Any returns received after the return period of 30 days will not qualify for a refund.  

Once your return parcel has been received, we will process your refund within 14 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your exchange/refund has been processed.

STEPS TO FOLLOW

1. Pack the items

2. Send your unwanted items back to our warehouse using a courier of your choice via a tracked service. (Don't forget to keep hold of your proof of postage receipt!)

3. Please fill out the return form located at the bottom of the page 👇🏼 

SHIT HAPPENS

If the reason for your return is because of the bad condition of the item, due to transport or any manufacturing defect, you will have to contact us via email info@blackbonesindustries.com, as soon as possible, and you must provide us with the necessary information:

1- Order number (#BBI....)

2- Item information (type and name of the product)

                   For example: "Rainbow Thunder Hoodie"

3- Damaged Package and Item(s) Pictures 📸
