Orders 📝
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders are packed and shipped Monday-Friday only.
Although most orders are shipped within 24 hours, please allow 2-3 business days for processing.
Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive an email once your items have shipped.
Can I modify/cancel my order?
Yep! If you'd like to modify or cancel an order, please send us an email as soon as possible at: info@blackbonesindustries.com
However, we will not be able to make any changes if your order has already been dispatched.
I forgot to add an item to my order. What can I do?
Of course - as long as your order is not already sent.
Just contact us at: info@blackbonesindustries.com and we'll get back to you.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will receive an email with a tracking link, you can use this to track your order.
Shipping 📦
How long does shipping usually take?
Please refer to our shipping page which should give you all the information.
My delivery address is wrong, what can I do?
Please send us an email as soon as possible at: info@blackbonesindustries.com
However, we will not be able to make any changes if your order has already been dispatched.
Do I have to pay customs duties if I order from outside the EU?
Unfortunately yes. Please note that import taxes and customs fees may apply if you order from a non-EU country. To avoid unexpected costs. Please check the import regulations for your country in advance.
Returns 🔙
How do I make a return?
Please refer to our returns page which should give you all the information.
Who pays the return costs?
All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless you did receive a wrong or defective item. Black Bones Industries do not offer free returns.
Have you received my return?
Once we have received your return back to our warehouse we will process it, this can take up to 7 working days.
Once we have processed your return we will send you email confirmation.
If requesting a refund it will be refunded back to the original payment method used to place the order.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds can take up to 5-7 working days to process and funds to clear.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept most major credit or debit cards like:
Visa, Visa electro, Master Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay etc...
Why is my discount code not working?
The most likely reason is that the discount code has expired, or the item you're trying to use it on is already discounted.
Most of our discount codes will not work in conjunction with any sale item or promotion. They may be single-use only and not be valid for a second use.

Have received a damaged or defective item?
If the reason for your return is because of the bad condition of the item, due to transport or any manufacturing defect, you will have to contact us via email info@blackbonesindustries.com, as soon as possible, and you must provide us with the necessary information:
1- Order number (#BBI....)
2- Item information (type and name of the product)
For example: "Rainbow Thunder Hoodie"
3- Damaged Package and Item(s) Pictures 📸

What to do if a product is out of stock?
If the item is out of stock you can write us at: info@blackbonesindustries.com and we will let you know when it is available again.
On occasions, some items may go out of stock and we will be unable to send you the item you have ordered. We will endeavor to contact you to organise an alternative item or refund.
